We (Console Classix) offer a number of classic console games for play on the home PC. We have a limited number of copies of the games we offer and we can only allow as many users to play at once as we have copies of. So, for instance, if we want to allow five people to play game X at a time we have to own five physical copies of game X. This allows us to offer these games for play while maintaining all copyright holders rights.

The Games!

Many of the games we offer can be played as much as you want for as long as you like without cost or obligation. These game can even be accessed without the need of signing up. Any user can login as a "guest" and access our free services. This is an excellent way to test the service before you decide to sign up. Free Games!

Games that are not listed on that page require that you have a full account to play them. You may upgrade a free account to a full account at any time for a small monthly or annual fee. Once you have upgraded you can access all the games on our site. However, both free and full accounts are limited by the number of games we have available for play at any particular time. By signing up for an account you agree that we are under no obligation to have a particular game available at a particular time.

Full account members will be billed automatically either monthly or annually based on their subscription type until they cancel their full membership.

You may terminate your account at any time by logging into the "My Account" section of the website.

We also reserve the right to terminate your account at any time for actions that are damaging to Console Classix or the copyright holders of the games we offer, (Attempting to steal games from the site for example.) or for any other reason we deem necessary at our sole discretion.

Failure to pay subscription fees with also obviously result in downgrading a full account to a free account.

Our service is provided "as is". Console Classix hereby disclaims all warranties of any kind, express or implied, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Console Classix makes no warranty that the Website will be error free or that access thereto will be continuous or uninterrupted. If you're actually reading this, here's a treat. You understand that you download from, or otherwise obtain content or services through, Console Classix at your own discretion and risk.

This entire agreement is subject to the laws of South Carolina.
